Two rooms, Halcyon East & West, feature vaulted hardwood ceilings & screened-in, high-elevation decks with sylvan views. Halcyon East singularly features a master bathroom with both a shower and a spacious tub with tree-top views.

Involving one set of stairs for ingress/egress, Halcyon is the only unit at Evins Mill to feature a kitchen, which for an additional fee guests may use to prepare their own meals, though there is no additional charge simply to access the kitchen. While guests are invited to arrive as early as noon, the published check-in time is 4:00.
